Very cozy place, friendly staff, early breakfast. We were looking specifically for a place near Richmond, so the location was perfect. The room is above the pub, which is why we chose it, but at night the music and the club noise can be heard. That didn't bother us, but it might disturb others. The room is spacious, bright, and well equipped.
