I was impressed by the reception, breakfast, and housekeeping. However, when it was just my husband and I in the pool area, they didn’t clean it.

The staff were cordial, housekeeping was clean, and breakfast was good.

The place was beautiful, immaculate, and spotless. The staff were friendly and always smiling. Breakfast was magnificent and the leisure area was spectacular—my daughter loved it. We’ll definitely come back soon. In the room, the restaurant menu was accessed via QR code, and because the internet was very unstable, we had trouble opening it; I’d have preferred a printed menu, haha. Other than that, everything was wonderful.
