Overall, the rooms were very good; the location was easy to find and close to the ferry port, and the facilities at the property were also good with an easy check‑in process. The bath is so high that it was hard for older people to step in to shower, the mattress could use an upgrade, and the overall décor could use an update.

The room was spotless, the dinner was delicious, and breakfast was varied and plentiful.

The room smelled of cigarette smoke, which was really unpleasant. The sound from the television was very bad; it was hard to hear no matter which channel you chose. The bathroom would really benefit from a good renovation; all the equipment looks old.
