The staff were very friendly and the communal kitchen and club rooms were nice, but the club rooms and their bathrooms were filthy and the windows in our room barely blocked any sound.

Near restaurants and a 7‑11, and the front desk was friendly. However, the room had several spider webs, the bathroom was cramped for a combined shower/toilet, the gym was barely functional, I almost broke a weight bench, and the treadmill was tiny.
