The hotel is very pretty, but the rooms look somewhat unkempt, the furniture has damage, and there is mold. We appreciate being moved to another room with less mold, yet there was still mold in the shower. The staff is good, everything looks nice, and the restaurant is beautiful.

The room was spacious, cozy, and well equipped, but in the family rooms the second shower is an accessible one that feels less comfortable for those who don’t need it.

Good location, free shuttle service, parking, and late checkout included in the price. The receptionist lady is very kind and helpful. Breakfast is a mess. The mattress is flat. The family room always has one wheelchair‑accessible bathroom, supposedly all rooms do, which is a penalty for regular guests who pay the premium price.
