There was no toilet paper 1 towel no one at front desk area took 40 min just to check in wont be staying agian

Convenient access was a clear plus, but the lack of coffee both in the room and the lobby was a noticeable downside.

This motel's got its charm - it's easy to find, has plenty of parking, and the rooms are spotless and modern. The only thing that gives away its age is the creaky floorboards, which will let everyone in the hall know you're coming and going. Still, it's a great place to stay for a night or two.

I'm still fuming about my disastrous experience at this hotel. I arrived at 3 pm, expecting to check in, but the lady at the desk told me I didn't have a booking. I showed her my confirmation from 5th July, but she claimed there was no record of it. As a long-time customer, I've never been treated this way. She suggested I try the Econolodge across the highway, but they were fully booked too. I ended up booking a room at the Travelodge Spirit Lake, 25 miles away, which was a huge hassle.
