The drink service, breakfast, cleanliness, and convenience were all good. The pillows were a bit low, but the sleep quality was still fine; it would help if the pillow height requirement were displayed. Adding a partner restaurant for dinner would make it even better.

The hotel was kept clean, and the staff were courteous and attentive, leaving a good impression. No complaints.

It’s in a nice spot, but the rooms are tiny and not very clean. The breakfast was awful, and because there are no set times for a slot, it was very crowded with long lines. We only managed to get our food out. The stay wasn’t pricey, but it wasn’t pleasant either, so I’d choose a different place if I returned to Ise.
