It had character, was clean and secluded in a secure spot about 8 minutes by car from Arbollobelo; the breakfast was average, only cake and biscuits, and a bit of fresh fruit would have been nice.

I was impressed by the peace and the surrounding nature, and sleeping in a traditional house felt special; the staff were very attentive. The only downside was that our room was next to the owners’ accommodation, just separated by a door, so privacy was limited and we could hear everything happening. We mentioned this, and they became more discreet afterward.

Acceptable considering a B&B. Bathroom cleaning was not thorough, and the mattresses were not ideal for proper rest.
