The property was beautiful and peaceful, making it an excellent place to stay; the owner was very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. We look forward to returning next time we visit! Everything was perfect!

The place exceeded my expectations, offering great value and being definitely dog‑friendly. We met Bill, a fascinating individual with an amazing life story. The only downside was that my GPS kept cutting out while I was trying to locate the property, and there were no signs indicating that I had arrived.

The beauty of this place lies in its obvious years‑long labor of love, balancing cultivated and natural elements. Water features like ponds and falls, plus a trail around a lovely lake, create a strong connection with nature. Potted plants in full color and ivy wildly climbing the stone columns of the converted barn add to the charm, while house finches thrive there. Bring birding gear because the bird life is wonderful. The seamless flow of everything on the property brings peace and calm. Free‑roaming dogs serve as guides and even helped our normally shy dog loosen up; they were within minutes of where we needed to be. It was an unforgettable stay, though it felt too short. We’ll return! Thanks to Bill and Carlos for making our stay exceptional. Nothing to complain about.

The property was stunning, and walking or sitting around the pond was my favorite part. There were plenty of beautiful flowers and landscaping. The feedback site requested photos, but the ones I had didn’t do the place justice, so I took more videos that couldn’t be uploaded. I also enjoyed the white dog that came to hang out with me in the morning. The only drawback was that Bill had just had a knee replacement, so we couldn’t meet him or get a tour, even though many good reviews mentioned that. Hopefully next time.
