It was a nice place to stay and the staff were very friendly. Since I booked on the same day, I didn’t receive a WhatsApp message explaining where I could pick up keys and the code. They didn’t say a word when I rang the bell – they were very helpful. The location was a bit tricky to get to as it was in the heart of the city. If you wanted to be close to shops and restaurants, that would be a plus. I was a bit worried about driving through the ZTL zone that can charge heavy fines if you drive during restricted times.

The top‑floor room with a terrace was very nice, quiet and clean. Giacomo was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is hard to find because of the many one‑way streets. A parking spot for a motorcycle was available in front of the building, but parking a car was relatively difficult. Two pizzerias nearby were closed and a café was also closed the next morning.

The rooms were beautiful and the location was quiet. The staff were friendly and the contact was pleasant.

The house was beautiful and wonderfully renovated. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms and facilities were great. The location was perfect and the breakfast and dinner recommendations were excellent. The terrace view from the top floor was amazing.
