Checking in online was very smooth and the staff were incredibly friendly. Even though the room changed, it was clear that this is a common issue in the hospitality industry, and the staff at Donghai Niu Sheng handled it proactively with excellent attitude, making it a great stay. Everything was almost perfect; if I had to nitpick, the bathtub in the room only had cold water. I hope next time they can offer hot showers! Scoring 120 out of 100 would be fitting. XD

The bed was quite comfortable to sleep on, but the hair dryer was not very usable. The location was great, with plenty of tasty food nearby.

The location was a short walk from Dongbie (the shopping area), not too far if you call a taxi. The homestay staff replied quickly and were friendly, and they let you store luggage before check‑in and after check‑out. The room air‑conditioner cooled quickly. The bathroom hot water took a while to heat up. Check‑in was scheduled very late; although the staff said you could check in around three o’clock that day, the expectation made it hard to fit into the itinerary.
