Staff were very friendly and the hotel looks beautiful. Breakfast wasn’t included and we weren’t asked if we wanted a meal plan, but that didn’t matter because the breakfast staff let us pay and eat on the spot.

Breakfast was excellent, and the overall atmosphere was lovely, calm, and relaxing.

I slept well. The restaurant food was terrible—simple items served in toasties, the bar staff were all rushing around and none actually served us, engagement with customers was very poor, and the chips were uncooked and cold.

The bed was good. The Jacuzzi was cold.

The hotel is clean and the restaurant is decent (though it doesn’t match a 4‑star standard). The room size was adequate. The walls between rooms are paper, so we could hear the neighbor’s TV and snoring. The shower pressure is unadjustable and very strong.
