“Many issues”
Overall, we would highly advise avoiding this hotel. It advertises itself as a 4‑star resort; however, none of the amenities, service, or facilities reflect that. Starting with the room: when it comes to cleanliness, we could not complain. However, the room offers basically no amenities. There is no kettle and no tea whatsoever. You basically just get the bed, an empty fridge (no water), a bathroom, and a TV that is hanging unevenly on the wall, and that is it. The Wi‑Fi is also severely lacking with no cellphone connection anywhere in the hotel. Regarding the facility: it has a lot of potential but is neglected to a point that is sad. Most of the facades are dirty, there are dirty ponds that are not cared for, and random empty spaces. The park section is also completely neglected, as it is filled with donkey poop. Regarding the breakfast: it is one of the worst I have ever had. The selection is very small and never changes (only one cheese type is available!!). The restaurant is always overfilled; it is basically impossible to get coffee as you have to stand in a line of around 10 people or more. The coffee also tastes like water. In addition to that, guests seem to be segregated into different groups: one more premium restaurant for guests with a red band and one for the others with a green band (us). Also most tables were either dirty or in use. The restaurant is simply too small for that amount of guests. It was a truly horrible experience which resulted in us often avoiding breakfast altogether. Regarding the restaurants: the only restaurant we tried was the pizzeria as most others are buffets. Unfortunately its equally disappointing as the rest. A Margherita costs 8€ (2€ more than in other higher quality restaurants in the city) and tastes absolutely flat and boring. Comparable to a frozen pizza in quality. Regarding services and amenities: they are completely unacceptable for a 4‑star hotel. Basically, everything costs extra.
