“Great staff”

Mehdi was extremely friendly and helpful—he’s a legend! His colleague was also nice. The place had good vibes, though the bathroom furniture was oddly arranged but not a problem.

The staff were very friendly and offered help whenever we needed it, especially Mehdi who welcomed us and gave a lot of tips for our stay. The hotel sits in a pretty run‑down, desolate neighbourhood, making the walk back at night a bit uncomfortable and giving me a slight sense of insecurity, though nothing actually happened.

“A clean, low-cost hotel near the tram with good value—if you have a higher budget, look elsewhere.”

The location was excellent, just a short walk from the tram stop. The room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful, offering good value for money. Our room was on floor -1, but because the building sits on a steep slope it doesn’t feel like a basement at all, and it actually has a large window opening onto a small courtyard. Facilities and equipment were only moderately maintained; the street is old, and the exterior photos on Booking only show the top of the building, leaving out the rest of the surroundings.

“Terrible experience, dont go”

The place was poorly cleaned. They moved us from a standard room on the 4th floor to the basement where the toilet was leaking and there were stains under the sheet. The service was terrible. Not clean, dirty rooms, toilets leaking and not working. They pushed us and kept insisting we leave for a good room, but it was in the basement. Disgusting. Don't recommend at all!!!

Das Personal war sehr freundlich!. Zimmer war eher klein und nicht ganz sauber
