Just 5 minutes from Spoleto’s center, the owners are exceptional, breakfast is outstanding, and the place is surrounded by nature. Definitely worth trying in summer for the pool, which is the highlight.

The accommodation is very quiet, away from the town. A lot of ecological investments were made in and around the property (solar panels, heat pump, etc.). The landlord was very friendly and we managed well together despite his limited English. His restaurant recommendation was fantastic.
