“Very comfortable and convenient.”

The location was great, with beautiful grounds and a well‑maintained facility. The coffee service was awkward, but the place itself far exceeded my low expectations. The bathroom was tiny and there was no coffee available anywhere on site.

I liked the hotel’s location near a nice beach and restaurants, plus the pool and jacuzzi. The rooms were clean, had good toiletries and a hair dryer, enough space for all my belongings, and even an ironing board and iron. I didn’t like that the bed sheets smelled of strong chlorine. The worst part was that we were charged an extra $100 for early check‑in, something we weren’t told about. We had arrived about two hours before 4:00 pm to let them know we were there, planning to walk on the beach and eat at the restaurant, so we were not intending to move straight into the room. The receptionist said the room was ready, but never mentioned the extra fee; I only discovered it when I received my credit‑card statement.

Everything was clean and the staff were great. I liked everything about it.

“Comfortable, but wished the room was cleaner.”

The staff was very accommodating to our party and was able to upgrade my room so I could be next door to my 81 year old parents. The room didn’t seem like it was cleaned well. After walking around on the floor without shoes, my sister’s socks were very dirty like the floor hadn’t been mopped in a while. The bathroom sink and tub looked dirty. Since we were in a room with a kitchenette, we thought there would be some basic items like plates, flatware, a pot or two to cook with. However, kitchen did not have those items. We did appreciate the full size fridge and microwave

“Good night sleep. Quiet and comfortable bed and pillows. Would stay again.”

It felt homey and comfortable. Nothing else. It was a bit awkward to know that some guests were permanent.
