The historic building is stunning, complete with great amenities. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was wonderful. We were traveling with a 3‑month‑old baby and a crib was provided in the room—fantastic! However, the lovely bathtub in the room didn’t allow a full soak because the hot water ran very weakly.

The breakfast was tasty and varied, and a vegetarian option was also offered.

The location, decor, and comfortable bed were great, and the breakfast and coffee were excellent. The lighting in the room was weak, even worse in the bathroom, and the shower should be descaled at least or replaced with a new one.

The breakfast buffet was very rich and tasty, and the dinner at the restaurant is also recommended. The Spanish room was cozily furnished and the beds very comfortable. Unfortunately we had to wait a long time for our room and were then moved from the Arabic to the Spanish room. Communication was very hard because the staff barely spoke English, but they were still friendly and helpful. The room was very noisy.
