Breakfast was good, and the room was fine except for stains on the carpet and a dirty tissue behind the bedside cabinet; the shower room was very good. We couldn’t get an evening meal because of two coach parties.

The bedroom was clean, especially the Ryan department. Dinner food was poor in quality and tasteless, and every department seemed understaffed.
