Quechua Plaza Hotel

“Acomodação limpa e aconchegante a 10 min da Plaza de Armas. Funcionários solícitos, ótimo restaurante no local.”

The accommodation was clean and cozy, the staff were helpful, and the on‑site restaurant was excellent; it’s just 10 minutes from Plaza de Armas. Even though the street is busy, we enjoyed a lovely view. The shower was mediocre and we ran into issues with the toilet flush.

The hotel sits in a central spot not far from the main square, and the staff were courteous. However, the rooms and facilities feel outdated.

The location was great, but the noise, smell, and breakfast were disappointing, and I was charged almost twice what I’d seen on Booking on the day I arrived.

“Confortável mas pode melhorar”

The hotel offers a decent breakfast, but you need to arrive early because most items aren’t restocked once they run out. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious with comfortable beds, and the front‑desk staff are attentive and helpful. The shower was poor, there’s no intercom in the rooms so we had to send a WhatsApp message for assistance, but we received no reply. There’s a bottle of hot water and teas at reception, but an automatic kettle with teas in the rooms would have been nice.
