The stay was okay and could have offered a bit more variety, yet the room was surprisingly spacious.

I’m a local, so this place feels like home. The lobby smells fresh, probably from the laundry that’s just finished drying. We arrived during a power outage caused by a storm, so the internet was slow and the desk clerk was understandably annoyed, but he stayed calm and even cracked jokes with the few people in line. He eventually got everyone checked in after a lot of patience. Construction on the I‑64 overpass was a bit noisy, and I wish there were a screened‑in patio with a couple benches so I could sit outside without being swarmed by mosquitoes—especially since they’re three times the size of the ones I’m used to. I’d love to relax outside in the evenings, but that wasn’t possible this weekend.

Breakfast had very little to choose by 800 and had to ask for milk for the cereal and ask sausage and gravy, biscuits were rocks Gravy and sausage were good once supplied. Luke warm water on Friday night for showers and couldn't use the hot tub at all Friday. No coffee cups in the room to make coffee Curtains were missing a hook so they wouldn't close all the way so was awaken every morning when the sun came up
