The property is very clean and pleasant, the staff are attentive, always smiling and welcoming, and the breakfast on the rooftop offers a stunning view of the Vatican—an absolute pleasure to start the day. We had a wonderful stay and strongly recommend it, though the dry‑cleaning service could improve on meeting deadlines; our clothes were promised back that day but only arrived late in the afternoon after we had to follow up.

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was excellent, the rooms were clean, and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this accommodation! The female breakfast attendant with short hair was arrogant and rude toward guests, constantly watching our every move and making us feel uncomfortable and unable to relax, which created a very unpleasant atmosphere at breakfast.

The hotel’s location is very good; the Lepanto metro station is a 3‑minute walk away. We drove in and parked in a fenced courtyard. The rooms are decorated in an older, stylish manner and were always clean. Breakfast is typical hotel fare—yogurt, cereal, milk, bread, fruit, cold cuts, cheese slices, scrambled eggs, etc.—and it’s fine. The staff were always courteous and friendly, though the hotel is a bit pricey, but for the area and standard the rates are probably market‑normal.
