The rooftop pool and terraces were my personal highlight; slipping into the pool after the city heat was great, and the view is also fantastic. The property sits a bit off‑road and is very quiet, yet you’re still under 10 minutes from the city. Every staff member was friendly, polite and helpful, and the breakfast was tasty and varied. The only downside was that the shower only offered cold water.

Nice little hotel in a quiet area, easy to reach Colombo’s sights, some within walking distance. The room was clean, with a comfortable bed, balcony, hot water shower, fridge, safety box, kettle with tea & coffee. Breakfast was included in the price and offered eggs, toast, fruit, pancakes, tea & coffee. There’s also a small rooftop pool. It’s about 10 minutes from the train station; a tuk‑tuk costs around 320 rupees. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Very good location, feels like you’re not in the city. The pool is smaller than shown in the photos.
