Decent food, staff were courteous, and Karishma stood out for listening to our requests, addressing concerns and ensuring our stay was comfortable. Sea‑facing rooms were fantastic for watching sunsets, and being next to Necklace Road was relaxing. For those who enjoy walking, the Gateway of India and nearby shopping lanes are great to explore. Check‑in took a while, but we wanted co‑located rooms for our colleagues, so it was fine given the packed booking. It was hard to locate the elevators; you could miss them if you’re near a specific one.
