The hotel was very clean and not too cramped. It’s a bit far from the Hatchiko Statue.

The place was spotless and the staff were super friendly and generous. The dryer was a pain, costing a lot because it wouldn’t finish drying after almost 4 hours, so we had to keep adding money until we finally just hung our clothes in the room. Also, one of the elevators takes forever to move between floors.

The spot in Shibuya is fantastic, the rooms are tidy, and the staff are very friendly. The rooms are tiny, which is to be expected in Tokyo, but the door walls are thin, so hallway chatter and traffic noise seep in.
