We were there for Passover and the breakfast food was awful; we left after two weeks to give the place another try and experienced an even worse situation. The place was not clean, the floor was dirty, and the food was simply not tasty! Also, the TikToks that were supposed to guide us around the hotel were not available at all, we waited a long time, then gave up and walked.

The hotel is poorly maintained. There is garbage everywhere and the rooms and public areas are not clean for a long time. Even after we asked the manager to address the issues nothing was done. The pictures do not show the actual state of the property.

The staff were friendly, but they didn’t leave water in our room, especially in the summer—something that could really improve the stay.
