The Panoramic Getaway

The infinity pool offers beautiful scenery and views. The bedroom was spacious, comfortable, clean, and had a balcony with stunning vistas. The staff were very attentive and helpful. Food was great with many options at both restaurants. The coffee was not great, though there’s a good coffee shop in Munnar town—1925 Planters Café.

The room offers a beautiful view, the staff are wonderful, and the breakfast and meals are great. The Ayurvedic treatments are nice! Nothing was missing—everything was great.

The hotel was very close to everything and spotless, with excellent housekeeping. They arranged a taxi for pickup and drop‑off to Cochin Airport, and the vehicles for both trips were in great condition. The hotel‑owned taxi for local sightseeing was also in excellent shape. All in all, a very enjoyable and pleasant three‑day stay. The only drawback was the wait for dinner because the property was heavily booked.

It was a wonderful stay: the staff were welcoming and attentive, the rooms were spacious, clean, and offered a beautiful mountain view, and breakfast was excellent. The hotel had a very positive, peaceful vibe that I loved. The only issue was the lack of power outlets on both sides of the bed for charging phones, and there was a mild unpleasant odor in the rooms.
