The location is good. Everything else, overall, feels pretty neglected with a lot of maintenance and renovation needed, at least the room looked clean.

The hotel sits a half block from Gran Via, and the staff were excellent.

I loved how close the hotel is to everything; that’s the main thing I’d highlight, and it’s also comfortable for the price, which felt really good to me, so if I return to Madrid I’ll book this place again.
