The location was spot on, but that's where the positives end. The bed was a total disaster - I woke up with aches all over - and don't even get me started on room service, which was slow and seemed completely disorganized. It felt like the hotel was in a bit of disarray, with some pretty basic maintenance issues that hadn't been addressed. Overall, it seemed like management was a bit out of touch with what was going on.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel, to be honest. The staff were super helpful and it was a great value for the price. I had a really pleasant stay and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone on a budget.

The location worked out perfectly for us, which was a big plus. However, the hotel really dropped the ball when it came to maintenance - I asked them multiple times to fix the bathroom lock and it just never happened. It was super frustrating and made me feel like they weren't really listening.

Ugh, this place was a total disaster. There was a gross smoke smell everywhere and it just felt really dirty. I'd say it's definitely the worst hotel stay I've ever had - I'd avoid it at all costs.
