The staff are nice, from Ramy and Ahmed at reception to everyone else.

The staff were helpful with a pleasant smile, especially at reception; a special thanks to the front‑office manager who resolved issues on arrival and departure, and I’m sure top management supports this. The location, views, and beach were outstanding. The buffet fell below standard, though other restaurants were much better.
