The staff tried their best and the room thermostat worked fine. The room was clean, but our bed lacked a comforter when we arrived. The hotel is very minimal and feels overpriced for what it offers.

To earn my choice rewards points for my stay. That's the only downside. Other than that 10 star for customer service and professionalism. Can't earn point for being a choice rewards member

I booked a phantom room, but no rooms were available when I arrived, forcing me to drive across town to find one, which took three hours before I could shower and sleep, and then I had to work after only three hours of sleep.
