The place was filthy. The bed sheets were dirty with a noticeable urine smell; I smelled it at 1 am on my son’s side, even though he’s potty trained. Because of the stench, we had to sleep on the other bed, and the three of us ended up sharing it. We had to buy a Cosco playard for $50 from Walmart because the crib was unusable. The pool was littered with trash and bugs, and I got many bites.

The hotel’s proximity to the beach was a plus, but the first thing that struck me was the dirty glass doors in the lobby, which left a bad impression right away. Inside the room, the floors felt sticky and the bath towels were badly stained, while the mirrors were also dirty and the bathtub had pubic hairs. The shower head was broken and leaked water, and the shower curtain was covered in mold. There was no shampoo or soap, the body wash bottle was empty, and a puddle of water sat under the AC unit. On top of all that, no blankets were provided for the first night.

The location was nice, right across from the beach, but the staff weren’t very approachable and the building looked very run down. The AC didn’t cool the room at all, making it very uncomfortable, and the bed was unpleasant. We had a bottle of conditioner but no shampoo, and the outside access made me feel unsafe. I would not recommend it.

The hotel was gross and disgusting, with roaches everywhere. No towels or washcloths were provided, and the shower curtain was covered in mold that seemed like a poor attempt to mask the smell.

The management was awful and the rooms were infested with bed bugs—stay away.
