“Never again”

The location and view were great, but the hotel did not meet any 5‑star standards or the international brand’s expectations. The only good thing about the room was the view; the furniture, including the bed, was cheap. Wires hung from the TV, and there was no internet for the TV to watch anything. I had to locate the wire to connect the telephone to the socket. The room was poorly maintained and of low quality. Using the shower flooded the entire room, so I spent time cleaning after each shower. Cleaners came daily, but their work lacked professionalism; the room was simply reset. The final issue was the Food & Beverage service—staff couldn’t understand you and orders were always wrong. I would recommend dining outside rather than ordering from the hotel.

“Fantastic”

Everything was fantastic; the location was great, close to a small shopping mall, safe, and the views were beautiful.
