The location was nice and the room was a decent size, but it was extremely noisy; big trucks moved things at 5:30am outside the window, and there was no hot water in the shower.

The outdoor pool was a highlight, though it could use a bit more cleaning—there were debris and leaves floating in the water.

The breakfast was solid and the staff were friendly, but our first room had fleas that bit my legs all night; the front desk moved us to another room without much surprise when I showed them videos. The second room we were sent to had black mold on the ceiling above the AC unit and a terrible mold smell.

The lady at the check in counter upon arrival was wonderful. She also gave us the furthest room since we had littles with us to help neighbors block a bit of sound if needed. Our entry way light didn’t work so that made it hard with 2 moms getting ready. Additionally, after we checked in, grabbed dinner and came back, our door was open? Not sure how that happened. The floors on every level were VERY sticky
