“Expérience voyageur décevante”
The close proximity to shops, easy parking, shared common areas, a washing machine, and Karren’s flexibility—who let us drop off our luggage before check‑in—were all positives. The exterior was poorly maintained, the accommodation felt very basic and seemed driven by profit at the expense of comfort and the traveler’s experience. We would have liked Karren to handle the welcome and stay follow‑up directly. Interactions with her husband, Rainui, were disappointing; we didn’t find the warmth, kindness, or hospitality we expect from a host. We sensed a too‑financially driven approach to the quick settlement of the stay and a lack of discretion, even intrusion, right before check‑out, which harmed our experience.
