We liked the location and breakfast. The concierge’s arrogance was off‑limits: he tried to sell us a private 2‑hour car trip to Palermo for 399 euros and a 4‑minute, less than 1‑km ride with their own driver for 25 euros. We weren’t told there would be so many stairs to reach our bedroom, so we have back pain, and the foam mattress is very cheap and uncomfortable. Breakfast is in a different building with even more stairs. We wanted to stay an extra night and were quoted double the price for the same room. We found out our room hadn’t been sold. The shower is in the bedroom with no privacy and it floods everywhere. It’s dangerous.

Very pleasant stay, clean and comfortable room. Friendly and helpful staff. I highly recommend this establishment!
