Naturally Pacific Resort

“Sehr schöne Zimmer in grosszügiger Anlage mit Golf und grossem Wellness Bereich.”

Nice and new rooms with beautiful furniture and plenty of space. Even though a kitchen is offered in the suites, there is no dishware or cutlery at all—everything is empty. The staff is poorly trained. It’s clear that cuts are being made here.

“Enjoyable Stay”

The location is right next to the golf course, the restaurant serves decent food, and the rooms are cozy and comfortable.

“Beautiful resort”

We stayed in a large room with a king‑size bed and plenty of natural light; some rooms have a window that opens, others a full balcony. The bathroom lets you separate the toilet from the sink and shower, which was a nice touch. The gym on the second floor is huge, with a large indoor pool and an outdoor hot tub. The hotel grounds were impeccably maintained. The restaurant looked gorgeous, though we didn’t get a chance to try it. There’s a sizable spa on site, making it easy to combine a golf round with a spa day. The downside was that we could hear guests in the room above us walking around; when we mentioned it at dinner, others confirmed the same issue. Additionally, the F&B team was short-staffed, so the main restaurant had limited seating and we ended up eating at the driving‑range pub. Hopefully the main restaurant will be open again for a future visit.

“Stunning new resort that is worth trying even if you don't golf.”

The property was strikingly beautiful, the room was huge, very comfortable, and offered a nice view of the grounds; the pool, sauna, and jacuzzi were clean, and the staff were friendly even after a few hiccups that were fixed quickly. I appreciated having a snack bar at reception rather than in the room, so the snacks stayed fresh and weren’t left for everyone to touch. A few minor details were off: the pool and hot tub were not warm enough for a sunny fall day, and they felt even colder the next gloomy day—just a touch warmer would help in the coming months. We had a double charge on in‑room dining that was promptly corrected after we spotted it. The room phone didn’t work, so we had to keep calling reception to have orders translated. The lounge/bar next door ran out of pizza, which was a hassle, but we eventually found something else. It’s time to eliminate hidden resort fees and include everything in the advertised price.
