“Cosy cabin nestled close to city of Almaty”

The property is beautifully designed, situated in the middle of a high‑end residential area. The cabin is cosy, clean, and spacious. Breakfast is served to the cabin and portions are generous. The cabin offers a lovely view of Almaty city. The bed and pillow are too soft, so I couldn’t sleep well because the side of the mattress I was on is slightly sunken in. The window above the cabin door has no shades, waking us up early as it’s directly facing the bed. The whole idea of a vacation is to be able to sleep in late. The shower cubicle has a stain that should have been cleaned.

Not far from the city, all delivery services arrive without problems. There’s a sense of privacy, quiet. The houses themselves are very cozy, sturdy, and clean everywhere! Breakfast is very tasty!

“It’a unique location and cabins are nice overall, but a lot can be improved”

The location is good, with a panoramic view of the city and very quiet. The pillows and mattress were horrible. Breakfast was served to the room but typically all cold. If you don’t explicitly send them your breakfast choices every day, they assume you don’t want breakfast.

The location is convenient, not far from Al‑Farabi, we went to Medeu, visited Esentai, overall everything was great, everyone liked it. It’s also cool that it’s pet friendly; our dog had plenty of space to walk. The downside is that construction was going on nearby, very noisy; I understand the establishment isn’t at fault.
