Very clean and great location! Parking was right at the spot and it was a 10 min walk to polar park. I wish the 110 grill had stayed open a little later, but that wasn’t really the hotel’s fault.

The property looked good and the room was good, so I gave it a 7.0/10.

The location is good, the staff are friendly, and the underground parking is reasonably priced. The breakfast is quite sparse and unvaried, and the lack of laundry or dry‑cleaning services is a big surprise for a hotel of this level. There are shared washing and drying machines for a small fee, but that doesn’t help if you’re staying for a long time, and you can’t dry everything in the machine. There are very few places to store clothes and items in the room—there’s no wardrobe or dresser.

The hotel’s location and internal layout were very convenient, and the gym was excellent. The breakfast felt a bit plain and the service wasn’t the best.

The place is well situated. However, the staff aren’t friendly, there’s no concierge, and the room service is subpar.
