There was no breakfast and the reception didn’t provide drinks or food. It feels more like an apartment than a hotel.

The location is very good and the facilities are comfortable. The receptionist was rude at check‑out and clearly shouldn’t work in customer service if she doesn’t like dealing with guests. The room’s TV screen is tiny, billing takes too long, and the phone often doesn’t answer. I wasn’t told at arrival that I’d have to return the key with the TV and air‑conditioner controls; I left them in the room and she wouldn’t let me check out until I handed them over at reception. The room only had a hand soap; if you want shower soap you must bring your own.

I didn't stay at that hotel because the pictures they posted were completely unrelated to the place, there was no parking, and they offered me a room with no windows or balcony—how could I possibly stay there?

“La habitación era muy bonita”

The room was very spacious and comfortable, and the jacuzzi was lovely. It faces the main square, so there’s often a lot of noise.

The location, cleanliness, and facilities are great. However, there’s no private parking, and the entrance space for entering and exiting is very small and somewhat difficult to maneuver.
