The lady who welcomed us was wonderful, just like the many tasty pastries at breakfast. The room and bathroom were spotless. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable and the décor felt a bit vintage.

Everything was normal. The building is a whole 1960s structure turned into rooms, with concrete stairs, simple décor, and a lack of upkeep (dangling cables, poor lighting) that felt sad.

This place sits in a convenient spot to explore not just Foligno but the surrounding area. It’s a converted palace with several rooms on the second and third floors, reached by walking up the stairs. Our room was spacious, clean, and had a nice bathroom. Breakfast was excellent and well-stocked. Free parking inside the property is handy, though you’ll need a car to reach the city’s main cultural sites. The Wi‑Fi was good. The owner’s welcoming and courteous attitude deserves mention.
