Everything was very good: the owner was warm, the equipment was fine, and the breakfast was hearty (homemade bread, chocolate buns, panettone, fresh eggs, orange juice). The only missing items were fruit and a small local cheese.

Breakfast consisted of chocolate bread, packaged like you find it at a big discount store. Coffee is self‑made. Butter comes in small portion packets. Baguette is packaged, not fresh. Everything else.

The little balcony. Apart from a lot of traffic, it was very good, not much else to say.

The welcome was super warm, the kitchen was open for guests, and the on‑site restaurant and bar were handy. It felt like a real local spot, not a tourist trap.
