Overall, the photos match reality. We didn't talk to staff or have breakfast at the cafe, so we can't judge that. The bus stop is 5‑10 minutes walk, the terminal bus runs fairly often, and the city center takes about 20 minutes. In the shower, there is a shared soap bottle, but I’m not sure how hygienic or safe it is after others. The photo repair looks new, but in reality it’s not that good; various hooks, a paper holder, etc. in the shower are old and rusty; the chair, the covers have stains, the towels are worn. I think the towel isn’t worth much to replace. If proximity to the center matters, the motel on the outskirts is better.

A nice hotel! There is a cafe and a minibar at night, which is convenient. The room had no windows and there was a fire in the room.

The location is good. Almost everything else is missing: no kettle, no glass, no fridge. Everything costs extra. For a room that costs 2300 UAH (with a dog) you expect minimal comfort, cleanliness, and basics like a water glass. The administration cannot help at all.

After a business trip, I booked a room at this hotel for a day and a half before departure, giving an approximate arrival time. I waited for confirmation, received all the necessary details. The next day, with three hours left until arrival, the hotel contacted me and said there were no vacancies. They did not answer why the booked room was given to another client. I asked for alternatives because the road was long, including ahead. After clarification, they called back and offered to “deliver a sofa” for an additional 500 UAH into a smaller room. In the future, please call at least a few hours before check‑in, or earlier, because people plan their routes in advance and such actions significantly affect productivity, especially after having already driven over 1000 km and still having a long way ahead.
