The location was good. The room was tiny; there was no space for anything, not even to put the toiletry bag in the bathroom, and we had to jump over the luggage to move around.

“Impeccable sur tous les plans !”

Everything was contactless with the staff. Everything was automatic: we arrived, checked in through a machine, got the room key, and everything ran smoothly— the room was fairly large, very clean, and the bathroom was as clean as the room. At the end we returned the key/card to the machine that gave it to us at reception. Note that the hotel is about 100 m from the popular Dotonbori district, which is also the main tourist attraction, but those 100 m keep it far enough from the noise. I liked everything.

“The perfect stay in Osaka!”

The place was perfect. The location was walkable to everything— Namba station from the airport, the river canal, the excursion meeting point, hop‑on bus. The facilities were new and every detail was well thought out. It really could not have been better. There are three properties by this company with nearly identical names; we originally went to the wrong one.

Its value for money The free luggage locker after checkout was great The rooms were very clean and quiet. The location was perfect and its worth the money. There was no trash can inside the bathroom
