The owner Marco was courteous, very welcoming, and helpful. His dad was also always friendly and kind. The mosquitoes were everywhere (stuck) on the room walls. The pool edges were peeling blue paint (we found it stuck to our skin). The apartment cleanliness was not as expected (maybe our expectations were wrong!). The breakfast was poor (a stale tart repeated for two days) and there were no fresh or local products.

The property is fantastic—clean and welcoming. The location is super convenient for visiting Vieste and Peschici. The real highlight, however, is Marco the owner, who was very kind and guided us throughout the holiday, making it unforgettable.

The owner Marco was very kind and helpful, and the lady in the kitchen was very cute and always smiling. The wardrobes were a bit small and there were few crutches.

The staff, especially owner Marco, were genuinely friendly, caring, and always ready to meet guests' requests. The breakfast, mostly homemade, was one of the highlights of the place along with its quiet atmosphere. With a few improvements and extra attention to detail (a shower mixer in our case, ant treatment), the property has all the potential to be truly great!

A nice building located in a very peaceful area, very close to Vieste center and the beaches. The staff were very courteous, and a special thanks to Marco for the advice he gave us.
