The room and ambience matched the photos, and the location was perfect for exploring Banaras. The owner and staff were very sweet and supportive, guiding me well. I highly recommend staying here for a homely experience.

The hotel is simple but clean and absolutely acceptable for the price. The owner is friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Everything is within walking distance, and the price‑performance ratio is very good. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend it.

The staff were very good and helpful, and the owner was also very helpful. The parking facility was poor and the location very crowded, plus there was no hot water.
