The staff were friendly and the place was very calm, a peaceful spot for rest.
1. Food - Buffet was as expected nothing was missing. 2. F&B sector up to the task, no used plates left after the guests, tables clear and clean each time after the guests would've moved. More than enough food, excellent. 3. Check-in Check-out smooth and easy. Receptionists provided all the needed information asked. 4. Toilet paper, soup, towels were replaced regularly. 5. Parking available and in front of a hotel. 1. Gum equipments were damanged 2. Pool area and the pool itself was damanged and not decently clean 3. Bed sheets were not clean and were torn. Toilet wasn't cleaned before we admitted into a hotel room. 4. Certain bathroom and room prts were famanged too. Overall lots of furniture to be replaced, refurbished and to meet the standards
Apartman cist kreveti udobni za 10 hrana isto za 10 sve je top
Location was good. The food was cold, which was disappointing.
Everything we liked. I was there with my daughter and we both relaxed. The hotel is fantastic, the pool too. The food was excellent; we had breakfast and dinner. The hotel is highly recommended. We will definitely come back.
