The place needs an upgrade. The patio outside was dirty.

I had a terrible stay where I was verbally abused by staff, my money was taken for a non‑stay and never refunded, and an elderly guest was treated in a way that was beyond belief. I would not recommend this place to anyone, especially not to the elderly.

The service was horrible, never refunded us for a non‑stay, and the staff were unfriendly, unprofessional, and even went off on my elderly mother. I won’t recommend this place to anyone and don’t feel safe bringing elderly guests there.
