We couldn’t check into the hotel because of a booking issue, and there are no reviews because we couldn’t stay.

I was never there, I was scammed and still haven’t gotten any money back. My reservation didn’t exist.

I was denied my reservation for a made‑up reason, leaving me and my two kids stranded on the street; the only person who showed up was an old guy—probably the owner or manager—who shouted in French and scared my children; they tried to scam my credit card via WhatsApp, so steer clear.
