There were roaches, and I wished I could get a refund; the bed was nasty. I stayed because I couldn’t reverse my payment. The cleanliness, the bed, everything was unacceptable.

The hotel was spotless and the beds were very comfortable.

The room was awful; the air conditioner didn't work and the shower was broken. They tried to give us breakfast, but there was none because the staff couldn't manage it.

The room was neat, clean and cold air!! The location was excellent with walking distance to Applebee's and Waffle House plus shopping. Great for back and forth to St. Vincent East. Nice little pool. Very friendly staff. I don't know why it gets bad reviews but I took a chance and I was totally satisfied with my 4 nights at Quality 3 in July 2026. Don't like that it gets such a bad rap. Go next door and pay 100 more a night if you like
