The spot was great and the grounds were nice, but the AC in the room was broken, there was no fridge, the place looked very old and wasn't maintained, and they didn't even give free coffee.

I think I was in one of the newer buildings (Willow Lodge) and the room was fine. 1 King bed. Had a refrigerator. No in room coffee maker, but I had a breakfast included package. Beautiful walk along the boardwalk to the common area. At check-in, a little more clarification about meals, as in if I buy a glass of wine at Phoebe's cafe, can I bring it over to the dining hall?

The location made it easy to hit the beach, but the rooms were out of date, there was no TV in the room or in the lounge, the toilet would keep running unless you shook the handle, and they never refilled the body wash in the shower.

The only bright spot was the location. The hotel feels very old, especially the room. Cleanliness was poor and breakfast was basic with little variety. The common areas were nice, but there were so many people that the noise was excessive. It doesn’t justify the price. The room was in bad condition. Also, the only café bar closed early without notice, so we couldn’t have dinner.
